MAHESH GOLD LLP – OLD GOLD BUYBACK POLICY
1)The customer must be the lawful owner of the gold jewellery being sold.
2)Valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID) is mandatory for every transaction.(subject to approval by management)
3)The customer may be required to provide PAN details and other documents as per applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
4)The purity of the gold will be determined only after testing by Mahesh Gold LLP using approved testing methods. The valuation determined by Mahesh Gold LLP shall be final.
5)Hallmarked and non-hallmarked gold jewellery may be accepted for exchange against new jewellery purchase subject to purity verification.
6)Stones, beads, enamel, wax, thread, impurities and other non-gold components shall not be considered while calculating the gold value.
7)Melt loss, solder, impurities and manufacturing variations may affect the final payable value.
8)Mahesh Gold LLP reserves the right to refuse any transaction if the source, ownership or authenticity of the jewellery is doubtful or if the transaction appears suspicious.
9)Payment shall be made only after successful completion of verification, documentation and compliance requirements. Mahesh Gold LLP may choose the mode of payment as per applicable law.
10)Once the transaction is completed and payment is made, it shall be treated as final and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
11)The customer confirms that the jewellery is free from any pledge, loan, lien, dispute, theft or third-party claim and agrees to indemnify Mahesh Gold LLP against any future claims.
12)Mahesh Gold LLP reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this buyback policy at any time without prior notice.
